Electric heater module
The electric fuel heater module is a 12 volt heater unit which draws a maximum of 300 watts. The heater module can be rotated before it is tightened to the filter head with a hax key. The filter comes with a rubber seal to fit between the module and filter head. Electrical connection is by an included superseal connector.
This heater will fit any of the Bosch spin-on filter heads listed on this site.
Power supply should be suitably fused and switched by a relay. Supply should either be switched with the power supply to an extended after glow period engine glow plugs or by a temperature switch,
Electric heater modules can be stacked with additional electric heater modules or coolant heat exchanger modules. Best results will be gained by fitting the electric heater below any coolant heat exchanger module.

M14x1.5 threaded temperature switch suitable for fitting to spare filter head ports.
- 45°C normally closed switch
- 72°C closed below 67°C open switch
