Sprung Clips

Sprung clips provide a positive seal for hose connections. Unlike most other hose clips the constant spring tension keeps an airtight seal allowing for expansion and contraction due to heat or hose deformation due to ageing or chemical reaction.

As these are not screw clamps they cannot be over or under tightened which can cause joints to leak.

Suitable for coolant, fuel and vacuum hoses.

Sprung clips are used by many vehicle manufacturers including Volkswagen, Audi, Toyota. Isuzu and many others.

To select the correct clip the size of the hose barb and the hose wall thickness have to be considered.
