Looped fuel return kits
We offer a number of looped return kits to suit different fuel systems.
We advise people to minimise fuel system joints wherever possible to reduce the risk of leaks.
Bosch VE type pump looped to injection pump inlet
This kit contains all the components necessary to loop the injection pump return back to the injection pump inlet.
- M12 Banjo for 10mm internal diameter hose - to fit on injection pump return.
- 1 meter of 10mm internal diameter fuel hose for fuel loop.
- M12 Double banjo bolt - to replace original injection pump inlet single banjo bolt to allow second banjo for loop hose.
- M12 Banjo for 10mm internal diameter hose - to fit on double banjo bolt at injection pump inlet
- 5 x M12 sealing washers for banjo connections
- 2 x 16-18.2mm hose clips to secure hose to banjo connectors
Some pumps use a hose adaptor rather than banjo connector for the fuel inlet. With these pumps it is necessary to order an extra banjo connector for the fuel supply hose.
Bosch VE type pump looped to M14 port on fuel filter
This kit contains all the components necessary to loop the injection pump return back to a M14x1.5 threaded filter port. Looping the return to the dirty side of the filter helps to reduce filter waxing.
- M12 Banjo for 10mm internal diameter hose - to fit on injection pump return.
- 1 meter of 10mm internal diameter fuel hose for fuel loop.
- M14 Banjo bolt - to attach the loop hose to a spare M14 filter port.

- 2 x M12 sealing washers for banjo connections
- 2 x M14 sealing washers for banjo connections
- 2 x 16-18.2mm hose clips to secure hose to banjo connectors
