Metric pipe fittings and connectors

Most European and Japanese engines have metric threads on their fuel system components. We stock a range of metric connectors and fittings suitable for fuel systems.

Banjo Connectors

Banjo connectors provide a positive seal and some flexibility with positioning.  For each banjo connection a banjo bolt, banjo and two sealing washers are required.

M14x1.5 banjo bolt

 

 

M14 banjo with 8mm barb suitable for hose or nylon pipe

 

 

M14 banjo with 10mm barb suitable for hose or nylon pipe

 

 

M14x1.5 blanking plug - to be used with a sealing washer

 

 

M14 sealing washers - two required for each banjo connection

 

 

M10x1.5 Restricted orifice bleed bolt w/banjo suitable for 8mm hose and sealing washers. This is suitable for applications where the filter is fed by a fuel lift pump

 

 

M10x1.5 Plug. This plug bolt is drilled to allow easy air bleeding when loosened. Supplied with sealing washer.
